Mandy is a Lee County girl at heart! Having graduated from Giddings High School, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University, and her master’s degree in Education/Counseling from Sam Houston, she has had the opportunity to live across Texas. Growing up being active in 4-H and FFA; as well as, having a county extension agent father, Mandy has always had a love for animals, people, and the outdoors.
She began a career as a teacher in Tomball, TX, and quickly realized she wanted to help children more. This led her to become a school counselor for Conroe ISD and a biblical counselor at her church. During those 12 years, Mandy’s passion for real estate was sparked through remodels, home improvement projects, design, and decor. That passion mixed with having an entrepreneurial spirit brought her back to Lee County to be a Realtor with Schultz Texas Properties. Being able to live her passion while being back home close to loved ones is icing on the cake for her!
When Mandy is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys fishing, anything outdoors, cooking, remodeling/design, volunteering, and spending as much time with her son, family, and friends.
As a Realtor, Mandy’s priority is to make her clients happy. Her love for the Lord and others shines through in her dedication to her clients, honesty, attention to detail, and work ethic. Knowledge obtained through real estate courses and continued education, coupled with her master’s degree in counseling and teaching, has provided valuable skills she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home/land buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.
