Mandy grew up in a military family. After her father retired from the Navy, her family moved to Anacortes. She graduated from Anacortes High School, attended College in Bellingham, and raised her family in Anacortes. She is married with three children.

Mandy worked at Land Title & Escrow for 9 years before leaving to work in real estate. She gained experience over the years working on the back end of transactions has been beneficial. She has enjoyed being in the industry for the past 15 years.
