Amanda Nichols

I am a FULL-TIME licensed REALTOR who is enthusiastic, professional, and friendly. Being a native Texan and growing up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area makes me very knowledgeable about everything that the metroplex and surrounding counties have to offer. It also helps me pinpoint the perfect location for you and your family. Having over 25 years of sales experience enables me to help my clients work through even the most difficult transactions. I specialize in single family and multi-family investment properties.

I believe that honesty, trust, and communication are extremely important in an agent/client relationship. I will always “listen” to my clients’ needs/wants/dreams and work at their pace. My job is to provide the information necessary for my clients to make informed and educated decisions. In return, I expect honest feedback and communication from my clients, which allows me to keep their best interest in mind.

I currently reside in Colleyville with my husband Steve and my 11 year old son Colton. In my spare time you will probably find me on the golf course with girlfriends or my family. In the Fall we love cheering on my son’s football team to victory.
