About Amanda

Amanda has been in real estate for over 20 years. Licensed in 1995, she worked in commercial real estate from 1992-1995 on the property owner’s side. As her family grew, she found she needed a more flexible schedule, so she started as a part-time residential agent for new homes Real Estate and was the top producer in the Dallas area. She had found her calling!

After a few years, the portion of clients that came from referrals had increased so much she left and started her own brokerage-One Source Real Estate. She has successfully completed over five hundred owner-occupied transactions in her career. She is worked with many investors and personally owns rental properties.

Her goal is to make you so happy with your transaction that you cannot imagine your friends and loved ones using someone else. It is not about the closing for her; it is about clients that feel they were so well represented and cared for by an agent that puts the client’s needs, goals, and desires before anything else.

On the personal side, she has been married to her husband, Dale, for 23 years. They have three great kids – Hayden, Sophie, and Graham.

She has been a member of Spring Creek Church in Garland for 18 years. Some of her personal and fun activities include Wylie ISD Mentor, Soccer Mom, Band Mom, Bible study, we also have four rescued animals – Snickers, Sachi, KitKat and ChooChoo.
