About Amanda

Hello! I'm Amanda Shepherd and I was born and raised in Arizona. I fell in love with the beautiful city and welcoming residents of Ames when my husband and I moved here in 2010. Ames is where we have decided to raise our growing family and have found a great community here.

I have been a Realtor® for three years and have loved every minute of it. I work with families in the Ames and surrounding communities to sell and find the perfect place to call home, all while ensuring they have a great experience!

With the MRP Designation (Military Relocation Professional) I am able to use my knowledge and skills learned to help Military Families and our Veterans find that perfect place to call home and transition smoothly to the next journey. I am honored and excited to be able to serve those who have served our country! I also carry the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) Designation. As a CNE I have gone through training and continue to learn so that I am able to negotiate the best possible outcome for YOU and your family.

When I’m not helping people find their dream home or sell a home you can find me enjoying time with my family! We love to watch our two boys play sports, our daughter grow and learn new things, go swimming, camping, and take road trips!
