About Amanda

Amanda joined Monument Realty in 2017 & was one of the first two agents hired. After working as a full-time agent for four years, Amanda moved into leadership, serving for three years as VP of Operations before transitioning to VP of Strategy, where she served for one year creating, formalizing & executing strategic-planning processes & driving tactical execution of Monument's vision to ensure department alignment & focus to meet company goals. Amanda has recently transitioned back to VP of Operations, overseeing the daily operations at Monument, including managing our inbound & outbound leads teams & our CDA/Compliance team.

Prior to Monument, Amanda worked for over 10 years at Bank of America in lending, GSE program management, & risk/compliance as well as worked in marketing & advertising for three years prior to that. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys watching her daughters play sports, working out, enjoying live music, traveling, or spending time with her family & friends.
