From start to finish, Amanda was the absolute best. From us looking at 20 diffrent houses b4 we decided on one, to answering all our questions....Amanda was amazing throughout the process. She was patient, professional, engaged, responsive., and helpful. This was our first home purchase, so we had a ton of questions and she answered them. The level of service and commitment we got from her...it just don't get any better then that.

Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional. Great communications and details all along the way. She clearly invests herself in her clients, pouring her heart and soul into bringing dreams to life. This was our fourth home and by far the best experience. She listened to our needs and provided terrific insight into finding our perfect home and she went to bat for us helping to take care of the details. Amanda has also been a great resource through her recommendations for our mortgage broker and other needs. Amanda not only helped us purchase our first home, but after a chance meeting kept in touch with us for three YEARS while we worked toward getting into a position where we could buy. Thank you, Amanda Switzer. You are a competent, knowledgeable and amazing miracle worker. Without your expertise and respect for me, I would never have sold my home so quickly. Initially you came to my home and told me all preparations needed to be done with staging before pictures and the open house and two weeks later, my home was on the market. I received one offer before the open house the day it went on the market and two more offers the next day at the open house. My home sold that weekend. What a whirlwind. Amanda, you were always there for me through phone calls and emails and comforted me through meltdowns. It is quite the emotional rollercoaster when you sell your home and you handled it all with such compassion. I would highly recommend you to anyone selling their home. Thanks to Amanda's perseverance, dedication and patience, my family and I found the most wonderful 1st home we could hope for! Though my job took us through a number of ups and downs, Amanda remained patient and helpful over the course of 2 years, always answering questions quickly and ensuring our understanding of the process. When our financial situation finally settled and we were pre-approved for our home loan, Amanda kicked it into high gear and found our home inside of 3 months. We looked at plenty of options, but all of them matched most of our criteria; she did not spend our time on properties that were obviously a 'no'.

With my 6 page check-list of needs, wants and compromise options, finding a home that had everything was difficult but ultimately, that's exactly how we knew we had found the right one! There were no red flags on those pages and the entire process from making an offer to repairs by the owners to signing day and getting the keys, Amanda was wonderful, knowledgeable, personable, supportive, clear, and driven to make it all happen smoothly. We had a very smooth transaction and process and we are still friends to this day because of it!

Amanda helped us find the perfect home for us which we have enjoyed for over a year now and plan to be here for the next 15 years or so. Amanda will get all the referrals I can find and I am truly confident she will build a progressive career indeed.
