Amanda Walsh has spent her entire career, more than 16 years, gaining experience and expertise in the world of real estate. They represent buyers & sellers plus assist military relocations, first-time home buyers and property management clients with all of their real estate needs. Amanda is constantly educating herself to better serve her clients & associates. They always receive the most up-to-date information on local real estate trends, along with current and future factors that may affect real estate investments and sales. She is also active with state and local real estate associations and holds peer-elected positions to ensure she is at the forefront when new information is introduced. Currently serves on the Professional Development Committee 2015-2021 for the Virginia REALTORS® (VR) and Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors (VPAR), Incoming Vice Chair of VPAR Professional Development Committee 2019, Incoming Chair of the Broker Enhancement Committee at VPAR 2019, Currently is a member of The Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®. She is serving as a Director on the Board at VPAR for 2021/2022 and also served in 2015/2016. Amanda prides herself in her work, as these positions also enable her to shape and encourage the local real estate industry towards a better future. Hampton Roads has always been Amanda’s home. She has lived on both the Peninsula and Southside which has given her the unique perspective of helping her clients chose the best location for their new home.
