Amaryllis is an amazing realtor and very professional person. She helped us throughout the process of the home’s purchase. We are very greatful with Amaryllis because we were about to got denied of the house Loan, she found the way to help us and got approved. Plus She found for us a new house built in 2020 amazing!!!
I recommend Amaryllis for anyone who wants to buy a house !!! You won’t regret it !!!

If you want to sell at a great price and quickly, Amaryllis is the agent you need. I was a little wary having had a bad experience with a different realtor before, but my son knew Amaryllis professionally and said, "Mom, she's good and you can trust her." Amaryllis met us the day after I called, she took pictures of the loft, told us what price we should list it at (which was considerably more than we expected) and as soon as we had it ready, she was ready (she had already been showing pics on her social media). She listed it on a Friday evening, Saturday we had our first offer. We agreed that she would go ahead with two more showings on Sunday and we got two more offers. We went with the lower offer because it was cash and we wanted to move quickly. She also recommended a closing attorney who was very nice, accommodating, and not expensive. The following Saturday we had a cashier's check in our hands and smiles on our faces. This could not have gone better. We are way beyond happy and I would recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been looking for my “Dream Home” for about 4 years!! I’ve worked with about 5 different realtors within those years. I was ready to give up until I was introduced to Amy! Amy listened to what I wanted and needed! She showed me a few houses and then we found “The ONE!” Amy was attentive and professional from day one! She was available to answer any questions that I had and made me feel comfortable through out the entire process. I am a home owner to a beautiful house because of all the hard work she put in helping me get there! If you need a realtor, Amy is the one!
