Amber did a great job helping me buy a house. She is an expert on the local market and was able to guide me through the process smoothly. She is always responsive and clearly explains each step so that I understood what to expect and what to do. I also appreciate her positive attitude. Things inevitably come up when buying a house - in my case it was radon issues - and she talked me through the situation, knew how to get it resolved and gave me confidence in my decision to move forward with the purchase. Highly recommend!

Amber served as our realtor for the sale of our house and then for the purchase of our new one. She guided us in showing the house, had an amazing photographer take pictures that far exceeded the standard of the typical property photos. Our house sold quickly. She is astute about the market in this area, honest about her reactions to the homes we toured, and at all times demonstrated that she was working on our behalf and had our best interest in mind. She is in every way a professional and despite many fits and starts was patient with us until we found the house that was right for us. I would highly recommend Amber to both buyers and sellers.
