Amber Pratt

Amber started Pratt Realty on the main principle that whether you are buying or selling, the most important aspect is the relationship between you and Pratt Realty. A relationship that consists of trust, respect, and honesty. Whether you are an investor or a first-time homebuyer, you, your well- being and your business are important to Amber. Amber’s clients find her to be compassionate, driven, and knowledgeable. She is a hard worker that puts family first and displays high integrity and morals. It is a privilege for her to share in her clients’ major life steppingstone of buying or selling a home. Amber takes pride in ensuring she develops quality relationships with her clients. Relationships and reputation have been the driving force of Amber’s real estate career for the past eight years. She is extremely grateful to her husband, family, friends, and clients that have supported and encouraged her as she made her dream of Pratt Realty a reality.

Born in Southern California, Amber graduated from San Diego State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and continued her education at the University of Central Florida earning a Master’s in Science Education. After calling the “Sunshine State” home, Amber fell in love with real estate and launched the career she was meant for! Amber is married to Kevin, and they have two beautiful daughters. They love everything about the Florida lifestyle and spend their time outdoors at the beaches, fishing, grilling, and boating. Amber has served as a high school basketball coach and Special Olympics volunteer. She is a proud supporter of Senior Intervention Group (SIG).

Amber is also very passionate about supporting our first responders, especially law enforcement!
