Amber responded to an inquiry I placed through Zillow months before I moved to Savannah. She answered several questions and told me to contact her again a few weeks before I planned to visit. As it turned out, I decided to move to Savannah and stay in a hotel while looking for a house. Amber met with me my first two days in Savannah and showed me about 15 houses that met my criteria. By the end of the first day, I knew I really liked two houses and wanted to make an offer on one for sure. On the second day, I looked at a few more houses, looked at the two I liked from the first day again, and decided to make an offer on my favorite. Amber helped me decide on a reasonable offer, made the offer, negotiated like the professional she is, and got me the house I wanted. She was very responsive to my phone calls, texts, and constant queries. We closed on the house within 3 weeks of my first offer. This is my first house purchase and it was a great experience from the first time I interacted with Amber through closing and move in. Right now, I plan to live here as long as i am in Savannah, but if I ever move, Amber will be the Realtor with whom I will work. She is friendly, honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and tenacious in negotiation

Contacted Amber with a general budget and a vague idea of where I wanted to live. She helped me focus on what were important features necessary for my home and we explored several great school districts. Through the random excited texts and crazy wants/needs she was able to guide me to my dream house within a very short period of time. The offer acceptance process and closing went smoothly.
