Amberley Rouse

She has been a licensed Texas Realtor since 2017 and has helped almost 200 buyers and sellers since starting her work in Real Estate. Her main priority as a Realtor is assisting and supporting her clients from the first conversation too long after their closings. She believes her clients deserve to work with someone who values integrity, professionalism, ingenuity, and ambition. She has worked with many different buyers and sellers in all different parts of the world and will always make herself available to you in order to get you successfully to the closing table. She takes pride in understanding our market and explaining contracts and details to you in a way that you fully understand and feel comfortable moving forward and feel confident in your decisions.

A little background about her, she is originally from Florida and moved here in 2015 when her husband received orders to Fort Bliss. Since then they have lived in several areas of El Paso and have completed many live-in renovations and turned those into long-term rentals. In addition, they also own an AirBnB in Ruidoso, NM which they like to visit frequently for a quick getaway.

Traveling is quickly becoming a favorite thing to do when the opportunity presents itself and after visiting France and England recently she could say she’s been bit by the travel bug. When they’re not traveling or working she can usually be found at Double T Quarter Horse Farm in Anthony, NM training with her lease horse, Over BN Lazy (Ben).

Her formal education background is in Business Administration focused on Marketing. She earned her BA from UTEP right here in El Paso and would highly recommend the university to anyone looking to further their education. She tries to put her all into everything she does especially for her family and her clients and truly believes you get out what you put in.
