Amin is a problem solver. He is a type of realtor that pumps that energy when things go rogue. He is not going to sugar coat anything when you either want to buy or sell your house. He will let you know straight up front what the challenges are. When it comes down to find anything that is related to a house he will find it because he built this web of networking from contractors, painters, carpenters, roofers, plumbers, etc………

Amin, his team, and all his contacts, took the stress out of buying our first home. His expertise and willingness to help my Fiancé and I could never be outmatched. Amin was never trying to find us a house to buy; but rather he was looking for a home for us. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me on a particular place or try to downplay concerns we had with units. We eventually found a home we liked and decided to wait a day before putting an offer down on it. At 8PM, Amin calls us to let us know that offers have gone in for the house we were looking at buying. Midnight the same night Amin is on the phone with us helping us put together an offer letter and low and behold we got the house. Trust Amin and his team and you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Amin was excellent. As a first time homebuyer, I had numerous questions, and he was always knowledgeable and straightforward in his explanations. It is clear to me that transparency is important to him.

Most importantly, Amin’s communication style and responsiveness exceeded any expectations I had for any real estate agent going into the process. As a result, we were able to move through all steps of the process in an efficient manner, and close on the house within 40 days of touring.

I would recommend Amin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Maryland. His knowledge of the region / market, transparency, and responsiveness will set you up for success in finding or selling a home.

Amin is the absolute best realtor/agent I have ever worked with. I have worked/consulted with a few and none have given me the level of attention and service that Amin provides. My experience when I was looking for a home was so great that when I was looking for office space, I called him again. He did not disappoint. What I like most about him is his attention to details. Amin is really good at understanding different industries and requirements. He will even asks questions that you may forget to ask during when touring spaces. He really shows that he cares about making sure you find the perfect space for your needs. He is just not going to sell you anything. I never once got the feeling that I was just a check for him. I have been very pleased with both my home and my office locations. I recommend him to everyone that asks me where I got my office and home. You will not be disappointed. He is my realtor for life!

Amin helped me purchase my first home and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help me through this process.

It was a long journey due to the competitive market but Amin was proactive and had made me aware of every single possible outcome, so I was never caught by surprise.

Amin was very responsive whenever I had any questions or wanted to look at another house. You will never have a question unanswered.

Also, Amin is very good at finding the right fit for you and not making you feel pressured to pull the trigger on any house in particular. He truly wants what is best for his clients.
