I had the pleasure of working with Amir during the process of selling my first property that I shared with my sibling.
Amir was very thorough, he had a detailed plan for us to follow, and we made sure to listen to his instructions to complete the selling process as efficiently as possible.
Selling our first property was not easy because there was a lot of new information to retain and legwork to make sure that every detail was in order, but Amir was very accommodating with explaining the process and outlining important steps for us to take to ensure that we would meet our goal.

My experience working with Amir has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. When I first reached out to him, I was uncertain about my readiness for homeownership and had considered several Realtors. However, something about Amir stood out to me, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose to work with him.

At a time when I was feeling discouraged and considering giving up, Amir’s calm demeanor and genuine willingness to listen immediately put me at ease. He made no guarantees but demonstrated a sincere desire to explore all possibilities and offer his assistance. When Amir called to inform me that homeownership was indeed within reach, I was both shocked and uncertain about the next steps. However, he reassured me that he would guide me through the entire process and be available whenever I needed support. Working with Amir was a great experience! I am moving from VA to NC and we've met through a referral; a realtor I used to purchase and sell my home in Alexandria, VA. The day we met Amir we had 13 properties on our list to visit. He did not flinch. Within a couple of days prior to our arrival to NC for showings, he's had it all organized and ready for us. He was knowledgeable of the area, builders, and has done his homework on all of the properties we've planned on viewing that day. We met with Amir ready for our showing. As luck would have it, we fell in love with the 3rd or so house we viewed; we scratched the rest of the list and were officially under contract by the end of that day. His services and knowledge were invaluable in our decision making!

Further, after executing the contract, he guided us through the rest of the process as well. Even though I am in the mortgage industry, moving to the new area has it's challenges; however, with Amir's expertise and knowledge, it was easy to navigate through it all. Any challenges we've encountered, he was on top of right away. He was very responsive as well; communication is key in this business and Amir got back to us right away on any inquires we've had throughout the process.

His team at EXP Realty was also extremely helpful with utilities and services provided in the area (great perk you get by working with him; and its free).

As I mentioned, I am in the mortgage industry (have been for 15 years); worked with a lot of realtors of the the years. With that said, I'm happy to say I would recommend Amir and rate him as a top realtor I have had experience working with.

Wow! I cannot sing enough praises for Amir. He has been a Godsend from beginning to end. Way before my husband and I were prepared to buy a home, Amir sat with us and answered our plethora of questions, provided us with a first- time home buying guide, and connected us with a credit repair specialist. We spent close to a year doing check-in’s! He would often reach out a few months to check in on us. Last December, we decided it was time to pursue homebuying. He encouraged us as we wavered and he reminded us to take a step of faith. In January, he connected us with a wonderful lender who was super sharp and communicative. However, due to our interest in receiving a buyers incentive, we decided to go for a preferred lender with a new construction. He was instrumental in encouraging us to consider in en. If you want to have an amazing experience in real estate, Amir is the agent you should choose. I found myself in a desperate and last minute situation, nearing a date of having no where to live. I called Amir. After hearing me out, 30 minutes later he was at my kitchen counter fully prepared with all the tool and materials needed to find me and my husband our beautiful house. Amir worked tirelessly from before dawn and well in to the night, previewing homes before the sun was up to make sure it met our needs so we could continue to work on our search deep in to the evening. Within a week Amir found us a wonderful home, on budget, in our ideal neighborhood here in Raleigh. Even after finding a home and fighting against all odds to get our offer accepted- Amir continued to counsel us and be present for all home inspections and the entire process along the way. He helped me to set my sales price with a confidence I did not believe would be possible then suggested qualified knowledgeable people to make reasonable improvements.
