I live in a different state than Amy and connected with her on Facebook over some troubles I was having navigating paperwork on a house I'd purchased. She was so knowledgeable and did everything she could to help me navigate the paperwork from afar. She was able to help me understand many things that my realtor failed to explain. Her knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in a home buying experience.

Amy Adams was a pleasure to work with!! She made sure I knew everything needed for my first homebuyer experience. She walked with us during the inspections and walkthroughs and mentioned what to look for during these type of things. She also has an unlimited list of contacts if you were to ever need anything like: Home Insurance, Plumbing, Inspections, Home Warranty, etc. She made sure I was set up for success and gave frequent updates on important matters. I highly recommend Amy!

Amy worked with my family as a buyer's agent. She is very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, extremely organized, and detail-oriented. She made a binder for us with detailed information of each property we were going to see, and with her notes on pros & cons. And...surprise, surprise, she even put in a coloring book with a magic marker for my kid, which was a life saver!

During the showings, she pointed out many details that might come up in home inspections, which demonstrated her rich knowledge. She arrived on site wearing boots to walk the land with us, which demonstrated her down-to-earth quality as a realtor!

She followed up on every single question we raised, and she always responded to us very promptly. While she was working with us in the capacity of a buyer's agent, she really looked out for us as buyers, she was not pushy, and she actually pointed out many details with the property that might be a concern.

With regard to client relations, she was very respectful, professional, flexible, accommodating and considerate. I highly recommend Amy for anyone's real estate needs!

Amy was great right from the first moment I met her. We are retired military and have done numerous moves as well as buy and sell houses. She was our selling agent. We contacted her and others 6 months out. We hit it off. Even though the house wasn’t being out on the market right away, she was there for us every moment helping us make decisions on what really needed to be done on the house and what wasn’t needed. Our house went in the market on either a Thursday or Friday and right away we had offers. By Monday, we had accepted one. Amy was with us through the entire process and handled everything we needed because we had moved before it went on the market. She even hired the electrician and met him to get a few minor repairs done. Everyday she made the trip to our house twice. Once to open the curtains and make sure everything was ready and once to close the house up at night. Even after we had the contract, she kept a close eye on it for us. She still checks on to see how things are going for us and the house sold almost a year ago!! We love Amy!!! Easy going. Knows what she is doing. Doesn’t let other realtors push her around. No hard sale tactics. She is everything you need to make selling your house easy.
