She was always very responsive, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I feel like she helped us to get the best deal we could in selling our older home.

I 100% recommend Amy Boswell to anyone looking to hire a realtor in the Quad Cities area!!! My Fiancé and I recently purchased our first family home in Bettendorf, IA, along with Amy’s help. Originally, Amy was recommended to us by a family friend, who also had a positive experience working with her in the past. I am a big believer that the best way to hire someone is through a good recommendation, which brings me to why I am writing this review. My Fiancé and I ended up finding a house that we really liked (like had to have) in a hot neighborhood early on in our househunting journey. It really felt like Amy dropped everything to help us get into the house immediately!! Amy was proactive in having the offer details completed, so we could extend an offer ASAP after seeing the house, which is exactly what we wanted! Quite literally, we submitted an offer on a house the morning after we walked through it, and keep in mind the house was only on the market for a few days. Amy made herself available to fit our schedules. Amy handled all of the paperwork and inspections and communicated with us in a timely and clear manner on everything we needed to sign or complete. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and gave us amazing advice as new homeowners! Overall, I am beyond impressed with Amy’s ability to work hard and fast to get deals done, while maintaining a fun, light-hearted environment! I really do feel like we became best friends through the home-buying process. Going forward, I will recommend all of my family and friends to Amy because our experience was really THAT GOOD!

We were randomly matched with Amy through Zillow and we feel like we hit the jackpot! We were very interested in a home with a lot of activity, and Amy made sure we were in for a showing the next day. With her help and expertise we were able to win out on several other offers. Of course when we were ready to sell we knew we wanted to work with Amy for that too. She was able to get things moving very quickly and we were under contract in less that 2 weeks. We would recommend Amy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
