After owning a successful real estate franchise in her home state of Tennessee, Amy relocated to Sarasota in 2009, where she joined Michael Saunders & Company as Director of the Rental Division. In this role, Amy led a dedicated team responsible for the management and marketing of vacation, seasonal, interval, and annual rental properties. While she loved this role at Michael Saunders & Company, she truly missed having the direct, day-to-day interactions with customers with sales transactions. She transitioned back to sales, taking with her a wealth of knowledge on Manatee and Sarasota counties. As a sales associate, she specializes in The Meadows, where she has lived since 2009, as well as downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Casey Key, Anna Maria Island, and Palmer Ranch. She has a thorough understanding of golf communities including The Meadows, Lakewood Ranch Country Club, University Park Country Club, and River Strand Golf and Country Club.
Amy is proud to be raising her 2 sons in beautiful Sarasota. Outside of real estate, Amy enjoys attending sporting events and fundraisers, gardening, going to the beach, boating and fishing, and enjoying the arts and culture unique to Sarasota as well as supporting locally owned businesses and restaurants.
