Amy and I worked together through a condo buying process over the course of like 9 months. She was very patient and did a great remembering what I like and don't like. Whenever I needed more information on a property, she put in the effort to get what I needed. I would imagine I was one of Amy's smaller clients, but I didn't feel like that at any point. Amy went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase our first home in Summer/Fall of 2020 when the housing market in San Diego went absolutely nuts. Amy took time to accompany us to every house viewing, because due to COVID-19, there were no open houses. She was always on top of it, and sent us options to look at almost everyday, because houses were only on market for 2-3 days max before getting snatched up. She knew the ins and outs of what makes a good offer and was always looking out for us. She was always available and enthusiastic to give us a ton of support and advice, even when we were exhausted. There are so many steps to purchasing a home, and we wouldn't be in our dream home right now without Amy's help throughout the whole process. I recommend her services to my friends and family any chance that I get!

I was so fortunate to have found Amy De Leon when relocating to San Diego, CA. She helped us find the right home in the right neighborhood for the right price. Amy is extremely patient, fun and very knowledgeable about San Diego market. But, in the end, I believe it was Amy’s quick and thorough communication that landed us in our current home.

For anyone that lives in San Diego, or California for that matter knows that the market is extremely competitive, and you need every advantage that you can get. There is no doubt in my mind that Amy’s lightning fast communication and relationships made the move so easy. We could call, text, or email her anytime and she promptly responded with real time information.

We are first time home buyers and were referred to Amy through a friend.

We were immediately impressed with how professional and responsive she was. She helped us to understand the complexities of the home buying process, and once she learned what we were looking for in a house, was able to narrow down potential properties that we would be interested in.

When we found our dream house, she was able to help us negotiate to get it for the lowest price possible.

Once the offer was accepted she explained how the contingencies worked and was on top of the process the whole time, whether it was setting up the inspection, or getting estimates for items we needed fixed, you could tell this was not her first rodeo. We were very impressed with how thorough the inspector she suggested was, and it helped us significantly when negotiating repair credits.

Overall we couldn't be happier with Amy as our realtor and we suggest her to any others who are looking for an agent that has expertise and will be involved with you throughout the entire process.
