In this industry, there are people that make the home buying journey fun, exciting, and enjoyable. I have worked with many professionals that make the journey just like this. Amy is definitely a realtor that represents the best qualities of a professional realtor that have a genuine concern for her clients. We are a military family and were quite nervous about finding a house for our family in the current Nashville market. When I mentioned this to Amy, she wasn't a bit concerned and had all the confidence in the world she could help us find the right place. She (and Rick!) listened to what we wanted and were ready at any time to show us homes (this was also while Omicron was everywhere and scheduling could be a major challenge). We loved every second we were with them and found the perfect home on our fourth showing. We were so pleased with Amy and consider her to be such a good friend now. If only everyone could be so lucky to have her as a realtor!

Couldn’t be happier with Amy and Rick as our realtors for buying our first home. As first time homebuyers there was a lot we didn’t know about the whole process and they were so helpful in answering our questions and helping us navigate the market. They were able to get us in for showings immediately for every house we wanted to look at and drove long distances for some when we had to expand our search which ultimately led to us finding our perfect home! We definitely recommend them with all their years of experience and they will work hard to help you find the home you want.

Rick and Amy were phenomenal! I am from out of state and a first time home buyer; Rick and Amy helped me with the home buying process remotely. Their communication was great!
