Barry and Amy approached my wife and I about selling our house to one of their clients who were interested in purchasing our house. We were not actively trying to sell our house so they came and knocked on our door to see if we would be interested in selling our house. The willingness they showed to think outside of the box for their clients and go above and beyond for a client was impressive. We ended up agreeing to sell our house to Amy and Barry's clients as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) sale. Amy and Barry were incredible in helping my wife and I navigate the home selling process without the assistance of a realtor to represent us. They helped us to understand the nuances of the process and offered help all along the way. We were nervous at first to sell our house without the assistance of a realtor but once we got to know Amy and Barry we were 100% confident that they were always very upfront and honest with us and while they kept their clients best interest in mind, they also repeatedly demonstrated that they wanted the best for us as well. After working with Amy and Barry to sell our home and seeing how incredible they were to work with on the other side, I can only image how great it would be to have them on your side in this crazy real estate market!! I would HIGHLY suggest to anyone looking to buy a home to give Amy and Barry a chance. I think they would find that they will do whatever it takes to get you in the exact home that you want, even if that means going up to someones house and asking if they would be willing to sell!
