Amy is fantastic at what she does and is very knowledgable. I had to find a realtor to sell an investment property in Arkansas and I live in California and had never seen the property. I was so happy I found Amy- she was the only one who I felt like had the motivation, knowledge and desire to help me sell the house. (This was after contacting SEVERAL agents and never hearing back from them even though they said they wanted to sell the house). Even though the house was not a huge list price, I still felt like Amy treated me as if I were selling a million dollar home and gave me her undivided attention at all times. Her communication is top notch and that was important for me being from California, and not really knowing how to navigate through selling a home in Arkansas. There were so many problems with the house itself, and I honestly think if I had gone with another realtor, I would have never been able to sell the house. Amy went above and beyond the scope of what her "job" is, and helped me throughout all of the issues I had, to finally sell the house once and for all. She literally alleviated any headaches that came from trying to get rid of this house. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She definitely has the experience and desire to help others and I feel as if I had this great of an experience living in California and never meeting face to face, I can only imagine what it would have been like if I was trying to buy or a sell a house locally. She is the best and you can't go wrong with her!!!
