My husband and I can not sing enough praises about Amy. We were first time home buyers and extremely new to the entire process of buying a home and what comes with that. Amy took the time to explain the process thoroughly. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and find out what was most important to us in our future home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the south shore of Boston which helped us immensely with our search. I would recommend Amy to anyone in search of a home or selling. She’s punctual and experienced in her field and has many connections with local businesses and vendors to make the entire process seamless. Amy was a pleasure to work with and we are forever grateful!

We are so happy to have Amy help us on selling our condo. She is very knowledgeable about the house market in our living area. We sold our condo with a good price as she promised. She always responds our requests quickly. Right before the closing, one big incidence happened in our condo. She found a very good service company for us, and encouraged me to stay positive. My Sister and I met Amy at my mother's house on a very hot day this past July faced with the challenge of finding assisted living housing, cleaning out three sheds, a full basement and three attics that were full from 49 years of collecting along with repairs that needed to be completed needless to say we were overwhelmed. Amy greeted us with warm friendly smile and was so sweet and complementary to my mother of her home and only sincerely saw the positives we could not see based on the tasks at hand she was very calming and reassuring. We had hoped after cleaning out the house and holding a yard sale to put it on the market in September no such luck we had issues with the house trust holding us up for almost 4 months Amy once again was a true professional she never once pressured us she would touch base periodically not has and agent but more as a friend to see how we were doing. After finally getting everything in order it was the weekend of Christmas Amy suggested we hold an open house I felt bad and didn't want to take her away from her personal time with her family she insisted saying it was not a problem so we went for it..... it was a huge success! We received 6 offers and accepted an offer on Christmas Eve. Amy was also amazing when it came to the closing she suggested and outstanding lawyer and saw to every detail it couldn't have gone smoother. So If you are planning on selling or buying a house Amy Farrell is your Realtor she is Professional, Kind, Caring and Honest with only your best interest at heart. I would use her again in heart beat and suggest her to anyone who asks me if know a great Realtor!
