Highly recommend Amy!!! This is our first home sale and being on this side of a sale was a whole new experience. Amy walked us through every step, made wonderful recommendations to get the highest dollar out of our home for us! We were very pleased with Amy throughout the entire process from before the listing, all of the offers, a contract in only 13 days all the way to the closing table, she went to bat for us. Our buyer didn’t make the process easy, but Amy went above and beyond the call of duty to make all ends meet in our favor. We close in an hour.

Amy is amazing. She helped us from before our house was even on the market til the very end. We moved out of state and she found a realtor for us to work with in the state we moved to. I could write a book about how my experience working with Amy was but I will keep it short and simple. Amy was the best realtor from start to finish. Amy was persistent in making sure I found the house I wanted, and never settled for anything less. Some houses didn't work out but she had faith even when I didn't. Amy kept my spirits up, and when one house didn't work we moved on to the next. Amy has such high positive energy, and was such a breath of fresh air to work with. Amy found me the perfect home for myself and my 3 children I truly could NOT have done it without her. If you have a chance to work with Amy I highly recommend her forever.

Amy was very attentive. This was our first time buying a house and we are a couple of 20 year olds, but Amy made the process so easy. She was so patient with us and helpful and thorough. She gave us great advice and never pressured us even though we looked at houses for over a year. She always makes time for her clients. She tell us see a house whenever we wanted at the drop of a hat. I will definitely use her again when the time comes! So thankful we got our first home!

Amy Grubby was AMAZING! I was a first-time home buyer working with her and I couldn't imagine trying to find my first home with any other realtor! She was always so quick to respond to all of my questions (never feeling like any question was ever too small to ask her), guided me through the entire home-buying process making it so smooth, and made sure I felt like she was there FOR ME! I never felt like she was pressuring me into any decision - I always felt like my decisions were 100% coming from me and she was there to help me make the best one for me. She definitely did a fantastic job helping me find my perfect first home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor, and will definitely come back to her in the future!
