We cannot recommend Amy enough. She helped us buy our dream home in Lancaster County. We then referred our daughter and son-in-law to her, and now they are in their dream home. Amy is so easy to work with. She is always prompt in responding and setting up showings and is a big help while touring homes. She was very helpful in drawing up our offers, and she is also very knowledgeable of the closing process. She is such a kind and caring person and strives to help you find just the right home, and she's even stayed in touch and given us great referrals for various resources.

Amy represented us in selling our house. My wife's parents built the house in 1976 and lived there until the time we closed on December 29, 2021. From the first instance Amy fully appreciated selling the house was painful for my wife's parents because they loved the property and never wanted to leave. She was patient, understanding and incredibly kind to them. She listened to them as they explained the love and quality that went into the building and maintaining of the house. She was exceptional in marketing a "unique" property and eventually selling it for $163,000 over the asking price. She is responsive and completely understands and anticipates the market. We could not have asked for a more thorough and competent realtor. We truly would not hesitate to recommend Amy to assist you in buying or selling your property.

Amy was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She was available at anytime of the day and always got back to me right away. She never made me feel like I was a bother to her or annoyed at the amount of houses we looked at (and it was ALOT lol). It was a little scary moving into a new area but having Amy helped ease our worries. She treated us more as a friend and really looked out for our best interests. I highly recommend her.
