In the late 1990’s Amy worked as a mortgage loan processor. Learning a lot about the Mortgage industry, but quickly realized her true calling was Real Estate. When she was licensed in 2000 she decided the best course of action was to learn from the best, so in 2001 she became a licensed assistant for top producing agents. Doing this gave Amy the knowledge and experience needed to navigate through today’s market. In the time spent working and learning from top producing agents, she prepared hundreds of CMA’s (Comparative Market Analysis) and BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions). This information is valuable for Buyers to determine the best price to offer on their new home. With this knowledge, Amy can better help you to obtain the best deal possible. In addition she has personally handled over 3000 closing transactions including; Buyers, Resale Listings, Foreclosures, Traditional Re-sales, New Construction and Short Sales. Having this experience has given her the ability to recognize any red flags during the process.
