We loved having Amy as our realtor. I highly recommend her to help find or sale your home! She was available to meet up with us whenever we could get time to look at houses. I didn't know Amy when I stumbled across her FB page. I was going through a terrible divorce at the time and struggled with moving from my home that my two younger girls only knew of. Amy truly treated me like family and held my hand through the emotional days even when it had nothing to do with the sale. She sold my home on June 12th after only being on the market since the beginning of March. Now I admit I didn't get what I really wanted or needed out of the sale but let's be realistic. We sometimes view our homes with much more value than what is reality. The market will only stand up to a home priced correctly and that's what Amy did. Amy gave me ideas and worked hard to not only sell my home but also found me my new home! As a dingle mother of three young girls, I couldn't have done it without her. If you want a realtor get one. If you are seriously wanting to buy or sell your home, you can not team up with no one better than Amy Hollifield. After a very frustrating experience with another agent, we decided to shop on our own. Sites like Zillow will drive a person crazy and we were about to say forget it. I was then blessed with meeting Amy and things turned around. Unlike the other experience, Amy listened to what we were looking for and immediately had homes for us to look at. She is there for every phone call, email, or in person. She is there from beginning to end, answering every question and handling every bump in the road of closing.
