About Amy
Amy Holt is a native of Georgia and alumni of Auburn University and Georgia State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing. Upon graduation Amy entered Corporate America. After spending several years sharpening her marketing skills through firsthand experience, she decided to go into the field of real estate.
Amy has experience with traditional home sales, short sales and investment purchases, including transactions with Equity Trust Accounts. Her knowledge and enthusiasm will ensure that clients have positive buying and selling experiences. She has a passion for getting to know her clients personally and providing them with expert advice in today’s real estate market. A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors®, and a Certified Negotiations Expert, Amy is also trained to work successful short sales, closing over 50 homes in 2015.
Her interests also include architecture, horseback riding, working puzzles, spending time with her family and friends, and cuddling her puppy, Toby.
