I’ve now had two home purchases and one sale with Amy. Not every transaction has been easy (no fault of hers/ours)- but Amy is clearly experienced and has handled them all with professionalism. In interviewing real estate agents to buy our first house, Amy stood out immediately for the passion and enjoyment she brings to real estate and in the genuine interest she showed in us as clients. She asked great questions to understand what we were looking for. She was responsive and helpful with all manner of questions and she was patient and enthusiastic as we viewed nearly two dozen houses over a month or so. She went above and beyond, drawing on construction experience to advise us about recalled electrical panels, roofing issues, and the like, while we toured houses. She also suggested ways that a house could be renovated or remodeled. Moreover, she coordinated with contractors to get estimates that strengthened our request for repairs and concessions in the ultimate purchase agreement. She also worked closely with our lender to make the closing process as smooth as possible. Thanks to Amy, we were able to navigate the complex process of buying a house knowing that we had a kind and trusted partner to support us every step of the way. Ultimately we found a great house for our family to put down roots. We loved working with Amy!
