Born in Newport News, VA, Amy arrived in Havelock in 1994 by military transfer. Her husband is from Wichita, KS and is a 26-year Veteran of the US Marine Corps. They have five daughters between them and 8 grandchildren. The kids range in age from 30-40 and live in Newport, NC, Aberdeen, NC, Walker, LA, and New Bern, NC. They are involved in Commercial Construction Management, Pharma Services, Prior US Army, Mortgage Loan Processor, Jazz Musician, Active-duty US Marine, SAHM for Green Compass, and Medical Supply.
