I had an amazing experience working with Amy!

She was always quick to respond to my questions, and was super accommodating to my schedule when it came to showing me homes after work.

This was by far the best experience I have had working with a realtor, and at the end of the day my family was able to get an amazing home within our budget thanks to Amy. She has been very responsive and helpful through the entire house buying process.

Amy is simply the best. As an inspector who's worked with her for about 10 years, I see first hand the level of detail and care each client receives. She's kind, hardworking, professional and a complete negotiating superstar. Amy manages the buy/sale process meticulously. Amy is hands down the best realtor. She helped me about a year ago sell my house in orting per a divorce. She was sensitive to the situation and helped get my ex and I $10,000 over appraisal. I am a high maintenance client. I’m a dreamer and addicted to Zillow. Amy has spent a lot of time showing me homes, looking into properties, sharing her expertise with me. She helped me sell my home, and then buy another home. She was extremely helpful with helping me get my home ready to sell. She has a great network of people too that she recommends for the various needs I’ve had concerning my homes. She’s very knowledgeable, and motivated to help you with your buying or selling needs. I’m looking to buy yet another home, and she’s been very accommodating with each new house I’ve gotten excited about. (I’m high maintenance) I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on a second home, but she will be helping me with it once I’m ready! Obviously, her pink car is the best thing in the world too! :)

If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, look no further than Amy Maiello at The Amy Group. We were under a tight moving constraint because of a job placement out of state and Amy really came through for us. She worked tirelessly to ensure that we were getting top dollar for our home and helped us by assisting in the preparation for the open house as well as providing reputable contractors to help with the cosmetics on the inside and outside of the house.

Amy is a master at her craft and it shows with her devotion to her clients. At the end of the deal she worked with the buyers agent and financers and finalized all of the contracts ahead of schedule. She was always there when we had questions, even what we believed to be dumb questions, and answered them all expediently and completely. At no point in the sale of our home did we feel like we uninformed.

With her experience and poise, Amy provided a very smooth sale of our property, ensuring that we were able to make the deadlines that we had for our move. She was always fair, informative, and friendly when dealing with any of the parties involved with this sale.

I do not normally write reviews but I was compelled today to break my silence. Amy Maiello is a ROCK STAR! It started months ago when one of our neighbors sold their house. We heard from them what a great experience they had and reached out to The Amy Group once we decided to sell our property . From the first meeting - through Amy finding us a perfect new home that gave us more property, to just now at 6pm on a Saturday when we signed the deal, and what a deal - selling our home. Trust me - my wife and I did a lot of work to improve our home, making it warm, comfortable and worth the fair price we will receive at closing, but it was definitely listening to Amy and taking her expert advise on the when - why and what. The entire EXP experience has been flawless. Amy and Charlene were on point - honest and always gave us the final decision but their expertise in this market was a blessing. We watched as Amy dug her heels in to find us a fantastic new home, worked seamlessly with other agents to bring people and families to the table and explain to them our passion to find the right buyer. We wanted our current neighbors whom we have become very close with to know we would be vetting what we are now saying will be the perfect family for this neighborhood. My wife and I have known Amy for about 3 years, We met Amy when driving in Puyallup I stopped to look at a home that was for sale and Amy happned to be there, she was showing the property to her client, she asked me if I had an agent and lender, I said I did not, we exchanged info she said she will call me in about an hour, and she actually did.
Long story short, Amy and her team has always been very professional, great communicators and they actually did what they said they were going to do, she found us a home that was every thing we needed, she also said if we decided to sell that we could make a great profit, and we did, I called Amy and told her I was being Transferred to Texas in July 2020, when the time came not only did she sell our house in 3 days, she found me an amazing team here in Texas between so between Amy In Tacoma and KC in Texas they were able to coordinate and close on both properties the same day so my transition to Texas was smooth Thanks again Amy to you and your entire team....

My spouse and I were looking for our first home to buy, and we were blessed to have worked with Amy in finding our dream house. She was very patient and willing to look at every house on our list (it was a long list.) She provided so much information to us that we didn't know as new home buyers, and connected us to a network of people to help us with our home. She also provided her moving truck for FREE for us to use for a week, which helped us a lot and saved us a TON of money. We were truly blessed to have met her. Amy has been incredible From day one. she helped me find my current home which was A process. (I backed out of 3 deals) Amy was supportive and reassured me that she doesn't mind the wasted time I was putting her through. We probably looked at 20+ homes within a 1.5 month period. She also helped me sell my property which is 300 miles away from her. She got me more money than I was expecting and sold it it great time. Amy always keeps me in the loop and makes me feel like my opinion matters through the whole process.
