Amy Marchetti

Amy has worked in the real estate industry in many capacities for over 25 years. As an escrow officer, she learned the foundation of the California real estate contract, studied contract law, and developed systems for handling transactions from start to finish. Her years working with a building developer/architect provided valuable experience in the planning, land use, and design aspects of real estate. Her role as a corporate officer in a remodeling/renovation company provided knowledge of the construction and marketing side of the business. However, Amy's passion is in sales, and her greatest joy has been the opportunity to assist individuals and families in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, and investors build a lucrative portfolio. Handing the keys to a first-time buyer, giving a closing check to a relocating family, or helping an investor reach their financial goal has proven to be the most fulfilling part of her real estate career.
