I knew buying my first home was going to be fun with my mom as my real-estate agent, but I didn’t realize how easy and fast it was going to be for her to spot the home that fits my personality and needs all in one. She broke everything down for me I needed to know as a first time home buyer and sent me additional information and videos on home buying to make sure I fully understood. I felt completely confident with my choice in the end, and I’m now living in a house that I absolutely LOVE. I recently had a problem arise with the sump pump being in poorer condition than what was disclosed by the seller, and my basement flooded. My mom contacted the seller and solved the problem that day at no charge to us. Yes, my mom would do anything for her children, but believe me when I tell you I’ve never met a more driven, dedicated, and fierce business owner.
