Earning her broker’s license, she launched her own Orlando-area brokerage, where she mentored agents with a focus on positivity, motivation, and the art of genuine relationship-building. Amy’s expertise extended beyond sales when she became instrumental in overseeing the completion of a resort-style manufactured home community, managing the construction of over 300 homes while mentoring a dedicated sales team. Her journey then led her to Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, where she continued her success with a well-capitalized, resident-focused developer specializing in 55+ communities, premium resort-style living, and private gated developments.
