Amy Parks

Amy Parks was born and raised in Vista California. She left Vista and moved to Eugene, Oregon for two short years to go to school to become a teacher. Plans changed for her and in 2002 she obtained her real estate license. She has over twenty years of experience in real estate. Amy has always loved to fix things and is a great analytical person. She loves the challenge of understanding and identifying her client's needs and wants. She has been serving her community by representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in the fluctuating residential market. Amy specializes in North San Diego County. She believes that the surrounding north county cities are hidden gems that potential buyers will want to invest and live in for many years to come. Amy has worked as a transaction coordinator as well as an independent agent for several companies giving her an abundance of knowledge and experience. She worked as a transaction coordinator closing over 325 real estate deals in 2009-2010 (mostly bank owned). In 2014, she received her Realtor, GREEN designation. Amy has a strong passion for the outdoors and when she is not busy assisting clients, she enjoys growing and planting succulents, creating homemade gifts with the use of nature, and spending time with family and friends.
