Amy navigated is through an incredibly competitive market while we were in a very narrow time window to find a house, and her dedication was above and beyond what I expected for a real estate agent. She quickly dialed in what we were looking for, and did quite a bit of background work before we even toured homes ourselves. She was proactive and always available. I will definitely work with her in the future and would recommend her to any friends and family members looking to buy or sell a home in the Portland area.

Amy helped us buy our first home together and we couldn’t be happier that she was the one by our side. She is always kind, humorous when needed, was intuitive about our needs, guided us through the steep learning curve of home-buying, and helped us feel hope about “the next bus around the corner” when we didn’t get the first house we put an offer on (which she warned us ahead of time was almost certainly gonna be the outcome of that offer!). Extra bonus is that her spouse is a skilled contractor so you have access to that expertise when you work with Amy. We’ve recommended her to a number of friends and would happily work with her again in the future.

Amy Romberg was such a pleasure to work with to sell my house. I was nervous about all that needed to get done in a very short time frame in order to list it, but she helped way more than I expected by managing the project from helping me determine what was important to fix/update or not, giving references to contractors and labor workers, coordinating appointments and staging, setting up photography, and more. All while being very COVID aware and safe! I've only used a real estate agent a couple other times, but Amy was by far the best experience and helped to keep all the details moving smoothly. We ended up getting it listed in 10 days and had almost a dozen viewings in 2 days. We accepted an offer well over list-price within 48 hours of listing! Once under contract, there were some hiccups from the other side, but Amy was always on top of things and I trusted her to fight for what I needed in the sale. Without a doubt, I would use Amy again, and I definitely recommend her to anyone whether you are a first-time buyer/seller or more experienced and want someone to really guide you through the daunting process. Amy makes it smooth, easy, and fun!

As first time homebuyers, we had very little understanding of what we were stepping into. Amy was patient, candid, and responsive throughout this big moment (especially with the added layers of how to do this during covid). She provided a lot of information up front, made room for the emotional pieces, and connected us with a great team of folks around her that are equally friendly and communicative.
