Amy Rutledge

Choosing your family's new home takes time and experience. Amy Rutledge listens to what is important to her buyers and sellers, and she directs her efforts to meet each of their goals. Because she handles her business affairs with honesty and a firm commitment to meeting the individual needs of her customers, both buyers and sellers know that they have been dealt with openly and fairly. Amy’s experience stems from serving PARKER COUNTY and its surrounding areas for 25 years as a full-time Real Estate Professional. She is a lifetime resident of Parker County and continue to live in historic downtown Weatherford her husband. They have two married children who have chosen to continue to reside in Weatherford with their families.

Amy began her Real Estate career in 1996 with Rutledge Real Estate a family-owned brokerage since 1976. In 2000, Keller Williams approached her to open the first Keller Williams Realty office in Parker County. She received top producing awards 2003,2004, and #4 Top Team Producer DFW/Metro Southwest while working as a sales associate.

In the fall of 2007, Amy joined with three other top producers in the Parker County market and opened PARKER COUNTY REALTY. Their office was one of the top producing offices over the next 10 years.

2015 brought recent changes as Amy’s son and daughter-in-law moved back to Weatherford from Lubbock. Chase Rutledge joined the family tradition, and together, they opened Rutledge Realty Group, LLC.

After 2 years of brokering both offices, Parker County Realty and Rutledge Realty Group, Amy decided it was time to focus on growing Rutledge Realty Group.

She loves spending time with family and friends. Time at the lake and on the water allows an escape from the busyness of life!

Amy offers buyer and seller representation. She is currently a member of THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, THE TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, THE GREATER METRO WEST ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, AND NTREIS MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE.
