It's been a pleasure to work with Amy Saxe on the sale of my rental property in York, PA!  Thanks to Amy, this has been the smoothest, cleanest, and easiest real estate sale I have ever done.  No stress, all handled and taken care of.  Amy was able to coordinate with my property manager as needed.  Amy personally brought in contractors to bid on the necessary repairs and oversaw the work they did.  After that, Amy got the property listed and we quickly got under contract with a buyer.  When FHA loan related repairs were needed, Amy jumped on that, brought in contractors again, and oversaw the work getting done, driving to a clean and easy closing of the sale.  I think that we focus too much on when things in real estate deals go wrong and heroics are needed to get it over the finish line, but in this case, we need to celebrate when things are smooth and easy as well!  Amy made this transaction the smoothest and easiest I've ever had.  I'd wholeheartedly recommend Amy Saxe.

I've known many agents in the past, Amy is the best yet. Her attention to detail is incredible. She is welcoming, trustworthy and very kind. She was on top of the entire process, as well as giving lots of beneficial information for our new home - contacts, where to go, things to do. We are very thankful to have Amy on our side. Amy is absolutely amazing she did a killer job helping us. She was very diligent and helped and reassured us every step of the way. The pictures they did and helping to stage the house were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have chosen a better person to help us sell our home. She was so patient, kind , and compassionate. Amy was absolutely wonderful throughout our selling process. We were moving out of state, so unfortunately weren't able to utilize Amy on the buying side of the process, but so happy to have worked with her in the capacity we did.

Amy was responsive, on top of EVERYTHING, and offered so much advice/help throughout -- we were navigating home buying with a 5 week old baby during a pandemic, but Amy made it seamless. She also fought her us -- we really felt like we had someone in our corner for the stickier parts of the process.

Couldn't say enough great things about Amy. Just go with her, you won't be sorry!

I called amy about 6 months before deciding to sell my house. She answered all my questions and gave me great advice on how to prep my house with no exceptions of being the realtor the we would choose. She was always available to me, answered all my questions and walked me threw the whole process. She sold our house in 6 days during the current pandemic. She is one of the nicest people I have ever meet and is a great realtor and loves her job and it shows in the attention she gives her clients. As a new home buyer we where really nervous and clueless on how the process of buying a home went. Amy was great she explained things to us and made sure we knew exactly what the next step was . She really made the process easier than I expected. Amy worked hard to sell our home and was so patient with us as we found our new home. We must of looked at 20 houses! She really helped us find exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Amy !!
