Amy Spear

Amy Spear has a different background than most in her field. Priding herself on challenging work and dedication to her clients, she knows how to navigate the ins and outs of the industry, all while bringing a fresh perspective. Prior to becoming an agent in 2018, Amy was a real estate lobbyist and spent a decade working for a U.S. Senator, Governor, and State Senator. Her previous experience led her to quick success in the industry.

Amy has been honored to receive the 2021 “Rising Star Award” by San Diego Real Producers, the “40 Under 40 Award” from the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), and the 2019 “Rookie of the Year Award” by SDAR.

In the community, Amy is involved with the San Diego-Tijuana Urban Land Institute (ULI), ran the San Diego Association (SDAR) Downtown Realtor Committee for 4 years, and is past-Board President of the Women’s Museum of California. Amy studied real estate finance and development at the University of San Diego and political science and business at Indiana University.
