Amy Starr Martin has been buying and selling real estate for over 25 years. Beginning with her first home purchase in 1995 in the West of Market neighborhood in Kirkland —one of the country’s most sought-after areas - in Seattle’s Greater Eastside.

In her rookie year as a real estate agent, Amy partnered with Sotheby’s #1 broker and together they sold over $30 million in real estate.

A lifetime resident of Kirkland, and a mother of 3 teenagers, Amy is a well-thought-of and active member in her community. Volunteering her time as a member of the Lake Washington School District (LWSD) PTSA. Amy served on the board of the LW Dance Team and currently serves on board of the LW Wrestling Team.

Before staying home to raise her children, Amy worked at McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless and Starbucks Corporate Headquarters.

Amy is a graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Communications. She competed on Oregon State University’s Championship gymnastics team. And she was an OSU Cheerleader for the Beavers football team and Pac 10 championship basketball team.
