Ms. Amy Sullivan, real estate agent extraordinaire, provided my family with outstanding real estate guidance over a 5 month period from the initial meeting with my 77 year old mother in early April to the bittersweet moment of settlement on our family's home of 45 years in late August. Amy's professionalism, wisdom, grace, and good humor allowed my mom to trust her with the sale of our beloved family home in Upper Darby. Amy astutely observed what needed to be addressed in the house to improve its chances of being sold for top-market price. She answered all of our questions in an extremely knowledgeable manner. The depth of her experience in the real estate industry became very apparent.

When 14 offers poured in for the family home, Amy organized the offers from least appealing to most appealing. She went through each offer with us, explained the pros and cons, and then counseled us on which offer was in our best interest. After my mother made her decision, Amy skillfully negotiated for the price escalation that was part of the offer.

Then, after the agreement of sale was struck, Amy continued her wonderful support by helping us navigate the obstacles that cropped up from a missing mortgage satisfaction paper to recommendations for concrete & paving companies to calling the township to expedite the resale certification process.

In closing, my mom, my sister, and I highly recommend Ms. Amy Sullivan as a superb real estate agent. She always had our family's best interest at heart. Plus, she is brilliant, funny, and easy to work with on all aspects of the real estate process. She is always on point with her work; that, especially, is so crucial in today's frenzied real estate market.

Working with Amy was a wonderful experience. She guided my partner and I through our first home buying experience, which can be stressful on its own, but this was also during covid. She really listened and understand our requirements, nice-to-haves, and regularly sent us new listings to check out. She made herself available on short notice for new showings that interested us and did a lot of the heavy lifting throughout the purchase process. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a realtor and we plan to work with her again in the future!

Amy was our angel sent from heaven. Every turn of the way, Amy stepped up and followed through for us. Even though the problems we encountered were on our end, Amy took care of every detail. She made phone calls she didn't have to make, contacted people she didn't have to contact, and virtually single-handedly got us to the finish line to our closing. Since we didn't have an agent for the sale of our house, Amy took the bull by the horns and methodically and professionally executed every aspect of the sale by helping light fires under the ones who were slow on our end, while keeping us and the sellers of our new house informed on the progress of the sale. Amy is a fantastic realtor. She sold our house in 4 days at list price. She found us a condominium on the Main Line with very difficult requirements. It was a location we had not found in our research. She closed the purchase dealing with a seller agent with minimal skills. She ended up doing most of the sellers work to close the deal. Amy knows more about the complexity of the real estate deal than any realtor we experienced in the past and we have completed over 30 real estate transactions.
