We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service Amy provided us with both our home selling and home buying. She was the calm, collected and reassuring presence we needed. As stated by many, selling and buying a new home is one of the most stressful processes you can go through. She helped guide us through all of it and was a huge ally and voice for us. I have used Amy several times in the past 5 years. I can't say enough about her. She worked with us, was mindful of our time and when we went looking at homes she was able to have us see as many as we could in a well planned amount of time. She is able to look at issues and help point out to us repairs that might be needed plus extra perks she saw. I actually told her we were going to stop looking for awhile and she accepted that gracefully. She knew just what we wanted and a few months later she called and told us there was a home in the area we wanted that just fell out of escrow. We met with her that night and bought that house. It was just what we were looking for. She is wonderful and I will tell you what she is not. She is NOT pushy, she does not rush you, she does not pressure you. She has been there for advice for friends of ours. She remembers you after she has made a sale. I will use her again when we are ready and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, respectful and cheerful agent that they can trust to be looking out for your best interest. birddogwatcher

She was very helpful in getting the house ship-shape for sale and finding and arranging vendors to have several things fixed for the buyers. The walls needed painting when I first decided on selling the house and she was able to arrange it all to get done. She was also able to add the cost of some of the work performed as part of the closing costs so I did not have to handle paying each for each job.To make the house nicer to look at and less empty, she did a good job of adding and arranging various items around the house. user3886897

Amy was awesome when she sold me my home and then about nine years later sold it for me so I could move out of the area. She took the time to understand my needs and interests before even looking for a home. She did not show me homes out of my range of interest, locatio or budget yet still found the right place within a reasonable amount of time. I can say the same things about Amy selling my home. Amy is honest, trustworthy and adept in knowing the market. I would choose Amy again should I choose to buy or sell another home in that part of California. 5 Stars! Nikea

Once we purchased, she helped us through the entire process, start to finish. She also listed & sold our old house.
