How does she do it?
Amy is from Waterloo, Iowa and at age 12 she had not 1 paper route - but 2 - along with her prize CHERRY Red Yamaha moped $175 with the basket on the back - Sony Walkman in the ears - collecting $7.60 a month from each subscriber.
Fast forward - Amy earned an Aeronautical Science degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with all flying licenses included. Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, CFII, Multi-engine Instructor, and Ground Instructor. Flying, working at the newest restaurant chain in Daytona - Outback Steakhouse, classes, and Army ROTC filled every minute of the day.
Amy became a flight instructor in Clarksville, TN at Outlaw Field then flew cargo in the SE USA with Flight Express.
After 911, the industry slowed but Real Estate picked up! That started 17 years of being an over and over Mulit-million dollar producer for new construction with Del Webb, Pulte, Centex Homes, Khovnanian, and Mungo Homes.
Housing slowed but the Aviation Industry was hungry for pilots again! Off to fulfill her life long goal, Amy renewed all of her licenses and added her Airline Transport License to become a First Officer for American Airlines out of DFW. A dream come true - 33 years after TOP GUN!
Amy met her career Marine husband in Midland, Tx on a layover. He was from Oklahoma. The rest is history.
Amy's passion in life is helping others find and build their American Dream if it is in a home or in the air!
