Amy helped us negotiate a very intricate home purchase on an older home with an extremely uncooperative and closed-minded seller. After the seller's numerous failed attempts to sell on his own and then completely over-value his property, it was her rational and calm demeanor that saw the sale through and brought us to the closing table. We are thankful for her knowledge, diligence, and the proactive manner she had throughout the process. In the end we ended up getting our dream home and we are thrilled that we were able to close. I would highly recommend Amy for any real estate transaction because she took the time to understand who we were as a couple, what our goals were, and help us to find the perfect forever home.
