Anyone who has ever bought or sold a house knows how stressful and exhausting the entire process is. Tasks like this can only be successful if you work with someone who is intelligent, works as hard as you do while making the process as much fun as possible. Amy is one of those people. Always knows what to do next, always working extremely hard and always willing to have a laugh or two along the way. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. And I am a repeat customer. So far we have worked with Amy to sell two houses and purchase the house of our dreams. She will always be a great friend and part of our lives.

If you are selling or buying a home, Amy Wastler is the realtor you want guiding you through the process! She is systematic in her process and knows what is needed in order to sell your home quickly or be the lucky buyer whose offer was accepted. She has a fabulous team (transaction coordinator, stager, photographer, etc.) who support her in making the process painless for you. Something that sets her apart from other realtors is that she understands that buying/selling a home is a very personal life event. She is very aware of the emotions that can be involved and is extremely sensitive to that with her clients. As a Mom and former teacher she can multitask like no other, while also treating you like you are her only client. If you are in the market for a home make sure to start with Amy Wastler, you will be so glad you did!

The best decision that we ever made when we were looking to find a new home last fall was remembering to call Amy, a close friend of my daughter's. In a matter of twelve days Amy did all of the negotiations and paperwork to sell our home, found our new home that we fell in love with immediately, and then won a very competitive bid during one of the busiest housing markets. She took care of everything for both settlements and brought in the best team of people for the financing and closing. Amy really was our angel who went way above the call of duty of her job.

Amy was the only realtor we trusted to work with. She was communicative and professional throughout our experience with her, but most of all she was patient with us. We worked together for three months looking at multiple homes every weekend. With the market being so crazy, she provided us with solid advice on negotiations. In the end she helped us find a great house in a fantastic neighborhood (under budget! and at asking price!!). We are very grateful for her knowledge of the area and the real estate industry!

Some people would say in this market anyone can sell a home but not everyone can offer the services that Amy offers to her clients. She went above and beyond our expectation.

We remolded our entire house and Amy was there many late nights seeing what she could do to help. Her professionalism, attention to details, and overall upbeat energetic personality made me happy we decided to go with Amy to sell our house.
