I’ve listed and sold 2 homes in Owasso in the past 3 years. As an agent she knows the housing market, buyer’s expectations as well as her sellers. She just doesn’t hand you a seller’s do list at her initial walk through, she knows who to call from contractors, landscapers, stagers, etc… She has always streered me to honest, reputable and reasonable sources to get my home sold. Amy always communicated with me about showings, potential offers, closing dates and never had to wonder about anything realated to my home sale. She knows the local market (particularly the luxury market) and spends the time and effort to market the properties well with professional photos, matterport tour, social media, etc. Most recently, we ended up selling right away, for more than list price. Amy was phenomenal to work with. She has a great marketing staff who will make your home desirable by anyone who views it virtually and in person. Her team does a great job at identifying selling features of a home and promoting those and did a great job at generating foot traffic through our home. Amy comes with a team of real estate professionals who held our home open and gave families an opportunity to see the place.

Most importantly, Amy was always available, professional, had great advice to help us navigate the process of selling our home and was a very calming and reassuring voice in the middle of what can be a stressful process at times. I don’t typically do recommendations, but I would highly recommend Amy and her team!
