Amy Wolfe is our Managing Brokers at United Country Premier Properties (aka UC Commercial Properties).
Amy has been in the real estate and building industry for over 30 years. She brings a wealth of experience and support to our agents and clients and is a valuable member of our family of companies.
Amy came to us after a decade-long career in the building industry and 16+ years owning her own real estate firm that grew to over 60 agents.
Amy has won over 20 national and local sales, marketing, and building professional awards, including over a dozen OBIEs, which included coveted awards such as: The Marketing Campaign of The Year, Best Magazine Advertising, Best Outdoor Signage, Best Mailing Campaign, and The Best New Home Builder in Atlanta award. Amy has also won Top National Sales awards as an agent, including #1 in Atlanta and nationally for new homes sales.
Amy has been in charge of national marketing and sales departments for large builders and small alike and has managed the sales and construction of thousands of homes, including her own award-winning home building company. As a developer and builder, Amy ran commercial construction departments involving things such as national franchise building, commercial building, warehouses, schools, subdivisions, estimating, engineering, and land development.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Florida and was one of the Nation’s, and history’s, first females to build for a top 3 ranked home builder. Some of her project involvement includes revitalization projects like building the first new construction in 100 years in downtown Atlanta’s Castleberry Hills historic district, Atlanta’s first Live Work Play project for mixed use development that was on the cover of BUILDER magazine, and highly public projects like Atlantic Station.
Amy helps agents with their careers and day-to-day business needs. She brought her team of agents with her, and they all now call our firm their home. Amy is now helping us grow as our Managing Broker of our United Country Premier Properties brokerage.
