AmyLynne was amazing. A true professional. It took almost a year to find the perfect house for me. I do admit to being a picky buyer. She stuck with me thru all the ups and downs. She gave me sound advice and encouragement through the whole process. Terrific eye for detail which came in handy when I was doing facetime tours of houses. An exceptionally pleasant person to be around with a generous and giving spirit. I highly recommend you contact her if you are buying or selling real estate. You will not be disappointed. Five star rating as far as I am concerned.

Amylynne went out of her way to help us. My wife and I were looking at houses mainly online as we lived out of state at the time, Amylynne went to the house we eventually purchased and took video of the entire house. She turned every knob, pushed every button, opened every door, and ensured all appliances worked. She gave her honest opinion of the home and included the good and bad of the house, she gave us all the info we needed and guided us through every step of the purchase and pre purchase inspections. It was a stressful time bc of the pandemic and the hot housing market but Amylynne made the process extremely smooth. Amylynne is an awesome realtor! She goes above and beyond for her clients. I worked with Amylynne remotely as I had to sell my home in AL while living in another state. The house was a rental that needed a bit of work to make it market ready. She made sure to be available to meet me when I was in town and walked through the house with me. She helped me figure out what needed to be done to get the house market ready. She was instrumental in connecting me with the local contractors who did the work on the house. She even went by the house (almost weekly) to make sure work was being done up to my high standards. She is very detail oriented and made sure everything was done to my liking and the end result was the house sold after only 4 days on the market. She did such a great job that I asked her to list our second home in AL as well!

UPDATE:

Since my first review Amylynne sold our second house. Again I was living in a different state and this home was in a much higher price point in a different city than the first home. And again there was work to be done on this home to get it market ready. Amylynne did not disappoint. She was there to make sure things were done and she even cleaned the house so that it was ready for a showing only one day after hitting the market. She kept me informed and answered all my panic-y questions. Needless to say after only 2 short weeks on the market we got an offer over asking price and a short closing! I cannot say this enough, AMYLYNNE IS AMAZING!! I am so glad that we connected and that she sold our homes. She makes what is an inherently stressful process seamless and navigable. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, personable, goes above and beyond, and always looks out for her clients then she is your realtor. You will not be disappointed.
