Anaiya Mussolini, a Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Properties, brings her passion for architecture, interior design experience, and the art of negotiation to this brand. Following her lifelong fascination with real estate after globetrotting as a travel guide, art dealer, and photojournalist, her problem-solving skills translate seamlessly into her real estate career.
She is exceptional at coordinating the intricacies of the real estate process. Anaiya loves to meet new people and can connect with anyone through careful listening by asking the right questions. She works to mitigate stress throughout the home buying and selling process and alleviates the frustration and confusion to make the transaction feel easy.
Anaiya hails from a family of entrepreneurs who have demonstrated perseverance to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams. A natural negotiator and a self-proclaimed information junkie, she is always reading, studying, and expanding her knowledge, so as to be prepared for all variables in a deal. With all this tremendous enthusiasm for life, Anaiya puts that into everything she does.
During her time at the University of California, Santa Barbara, she graduated Magna Cum Laude and picked up a writing job exploring Indigenous tribes, traveling to almost 100 countries to date. After receiving her Bachelor's in Sociology and Minor in Professional Writing, she spent years living abroad exploring local cultures and customs in their most primary forms.
When she is not assisting her clients, Anaiya spends time hiking with her two rescue dogs Atticus and Milo, flying, playing her harp, and exploring her community.
