AnaMaria is a 3rd generation Tampa native with a family history throughout the city of over 100 years. With hometown pride running as deeply as her roots, AnaMaria is passionate about the future of the area, and the history from which it derives.
Raised in the Lake Magdalene area of North Tampa, she graduated from George D. Chamberlain High School in 2001, earned her B.A. from the University of Miami in 2005, and is an alumna of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Throughout her college career, AnaMaria took additional courses at Florida State University, most notably via the FSU International Programs in Valencia, Spain in 2003 & 2004. Studying abroad not only further expanded her worldview, living and traveling throughout Europe, but also sparked a growing interest and passion for modern urban development and historical preservation.
Upon returning to Tampa, AnaMaria successfully managed the launch of multiple luxury multi-family developments, from pre-construction to full occupancy and through investment sales. With a specialty in upscale new construction, high-rise, and mid-rise communities, she broke barriers in the Westshore, International, and Channel District (“Channelside”) areas over the last ten years. In 2016, she decided to take her skills into sales and consulting. Her genuine interest and investment in our community matched with her honest commitment and utmost care and attention to her clients’ experience, made the boutique firm owned by cousin Michael Palermo a perfect fit.
AnaMaria’s key to success is staying ahead of market trends, and seeing value in up-and-coming areas. She is well-versed in construction and maintenance, real estate investment and development, population trends, contraction negotiations, and transaction management.
